According to the U.S. Census Bureau, Statistical Abstract of the United States: 2008 the years where a Republican President was in office show that there is a higher Number of Hazardous Liquid Pipeline Transportation Deaths than when a Democratic President was in office.
Democratic President William Jefferson Clinton:
In 1995 the Number of Hazardous Liquid Pipeline Transportation Deaths was 3,000.
Ended his Presidency in 2000 with the Number of Hazardous Liquid Pipeline Transportation Deaths decreasing to 1,000.
Republican President George Walker Bush:
By 2005 the Number of Hazardous Liquid Pipeline Transportation Deaths had increased to 2,000.

There Are More Recreation Visits To National Monuments During Liberal Presidencies

Ended his Presidency in 2000 with the Number of Recreation Visits to National Monuments increasing to 23,800,000.
Republican President George Walker Bush:
By 2002 the Number of Recreation Visits to National Monuments had decreased to 20,300,000.
In 2003 the Number of Recreation Visits to National Monuments had further decreased to 20,000,000.
In 2004 the Number of Recreation Visits to National Monuments had further decreased to 19,800,000.
In 2005 the Number of Recreation Visits to National Monuments had increased to 20,900,000.
In 2006 the Number of Recreation Visits to National Monuments had decreased to 19,600,000.
